Ellen Bailey creates and executes the Diversity & Inclusion strategy, vision, and goals Harvard Business Publishing. She drive's employee engagement and business results by serving as a catalyst to discover, develop, and deliver the best practices and resources needed to promote a culture of inclusion and sense of belonging at HBP. She supports leaders in forming and cultivating strategic partnerships with individuals and organizations outside of HBP to further diverse and equitable talent acquisition, engagement, and retention for HBP. She has been with Harvard Business Publishing for over nine years and has held five positions: Sr. Learning Solutions Manager; Associate Director of Learning Solutions; Director of Global Solutions; Senior Advisor for Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging; and I am currently Vice President, Diversity and Culture.
Prior to her current role, she drove sales and delivered measurable outcomes for large global clients as a Global Solutions Director leading the West US and LATAM team, designing and implementing learning and leadership development solutions for best-in-class strategic clients. In addition, she has 20 years of experience in Consulting, Instructional Design, and Training Facilitation, most recently with AchieveGlobal.
