Lisa is a member of the global People Enablement and Engagement leadership team that defines the learning strategy for Siemens globally for over 280,000 employees. In the regional aspect of her role, she is responsible for implementing the learning strategy for business-related learning programs within Siemens in region Americas.
Lisa’s scope in the Americas includes over 55,000 Siemens employees served by learning and education programs. This includes employees located in US, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, and throughout the rest of Central and South America.
